Overview & History of Organization

Soulutions for Life International Founder, Deborah Oresegun spent fifteen years rising through the ranks of Corporate America to become a Senior Systems Engineer designing, implementing and maintaining highly technical database management systems for Fortune 500 companies such as Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Georgia Power Company.  She trained customers and managers alike while supporting programmers and leading project teams to deliver ahead of schedule and under budget. 

Deborah's work contributed to improving the performance, integrity, efficiency and security of major departments like Human Resources and Accounting while reducing losses and maximizing profits.  While she enjoyed her work, she began to loss her passion for it when she married and started a family in 1993. 

Because of Deborah’s stellar performance and reputation, her supervisor granted her the ability to work from home 90% of the time which was unprecedented in the nineties for someone in her demanding position.  After this eighteen month privilege ended, Deborah’s soul was still unsatisfied and she planned to resign.  As if to test her resolve, she received a contracting job offer for $120,000 (which was really a lot of money in IT in 1999) and her management presented her with an unrivaled offer to stay on part time.  It had to be destiny calling because she declined both offers to become a Home Engineer. 

She had just been hired in the most demanding job of all, a Stay-At-Home Mom!  Unsure of whether she had been demoted or promoted she faced it like she does everything else determined to be successful.  It was through the challenges of her new life that she began to soul search for answers to some of the problems of her present circumstances (as well as some of the old ones that had decided to resurface.)

Ultimately, Deborah desired a renewed passion beyond her role of being a wife and mother.  Life Coaching became the solution because it was the new millennium version of Psychology, the profession she deserted in college when money became more important than life purpose. 

Deborah has spent the last decade working with hundreds of coaching clients around the world to solve their major life dilemmas.  Her training has included Certifications in Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Psychology.  She remains a student of many of the top thought-leaders of today. She has done additional studying in Positive Psychology and completed Master's of Divinity courses at McAfee School of Theology. This has given her a vast understanding of the workings of the soul (i.e. the mind, will and emotions), hence the naming of her business enterprise Soulutions, Inc and her non-profit organization, Superior Soulutions Global Ministries. 

Deborah has learned to blend Bible-centered spirituality with proven methodologies of psychology, information technology and coaching to restore and make long lasting life transformations in the lives of people that she has had the opportunity to serve.

There's a process that each of us must go through every day to transform our minds so that we can change our behaviors and realize our deepest passions and dreams.
