    Every generation is gifted with a few great leaders destined to impact the world.  Every great leader is destined to pledge his or her life for a great cause.  Every great cause has benefited from the powerful influence of a woman.

     Deborah (pronounced Deh-Bor-ah) Louise Globe Oresegun is an Author, Speaker, and Life Coach.  She is passionate about influencing a new era of leadership and encouraging women to arise in unity, to appreciate their value to God and mankind and to use their treasure to enrich the world..

      In 1999, she walked away from a six-figure job offer and a successful corporate career as a Senior Systems Engineer to serve her family as a Home Engineer (a.k.a. Stay-at-Home-Mom). It was a decision that would catapult her into discovering and pursuing her mission, purpose and passion.

     Deborah is passionate about the causes affecting women, protecting and training children, and rebuilding strong families.  So, for the past twelve years she has been collaborating with non-profit organizations, corporations, churches, schools and media outlets through her personal and professional development business, Soulutions, Inc and her charitable organization, Superior Soulutions Global Ministries. 

     Like most passions, Deborah's was birth from the trials and triumphs of her life experiences.  Deborah's journey has included overcoming toxic relationship addictions, an affliction of a chronic disease, business and career challenges, along with years of marital discord and family dysfunction.  She has emerged victorious in all areas to testify about God’s grace, the powerful influence of a woman, her mother - Mamie Louise.

     Because of Deborah's experiences, she is committed to supporting other women to live more victoriously and to realize their value as they embark upon the new era, so in 2011 she gave birth to The Palm of Deborah & Company. She often speaks to women audiences about "Cultivating True Love Relationships" based on her first book, Psalms From A Woman’s Heart: Finding True Love Through Poetry. Two other favorite topics are "restoring health, happiness and life fulfillment" and "rediscovering the wisdom to become a 21st century Proverbs 31 woman."

     Deborah's computer background and her work with Fortune 500 companies such as Georgia Power Company and MetLife are now being applied in new ways. She utilizes her research, design, and problem solving skills to provide innovative ideas to her coaching clients and insight to her speaking and writing audiences. 

     Deborah holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems and Professional Certifications with the Coaches Training Institute, the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, and the Thomas Leonard Graduate School of Coaching. She has done additional studying in Positive Psychology and completed Master's of Divinity courses at McAfee School of Theology. 

     While Deborah has personally occupied many leadership roles ranging from entrepreneur to real estate investor and from parent teacher association vice presidency to youth pastor, she takes the most pride in her role as a wife for 19 years to her husband, Tola Jay, a tax accountant and entrepreneur and her role of being a "busy Mom" to their three active prodigies, Juwon (18), Sadé (16) and Lola (11); oh and their pet Maltese, Trophie. Deborah and her family make their home in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

     In 2009, Deborah Oresegun formed The Palm of Deborah & Company (formerly known as The Palm of Deborah Enterprises) as her personal outreach organization with a mission of influencing a new era of leadership worldwide through writing, speaking, and coaching. This organization is passionate about encouraging a new generation of women to arise and become even more powerful as women of influence.
